Edit the default settings for a chat profile to save your users time when adding new jobs or creating new reconnect campaigns.
Change default chat profile settings
Click Settings and select Chat Profiles.
Click Edit next to the required chat profile.
Update the chat profile default details:
Chat profile name
Default reminder time
Number of reminders
Time between reminders
Enter a backdrop URL for the chat window:
Website URL, or
Static image URL. This must be an image hosted online and accessible via a public URL
Select how invites and reminders are sent, Email or SMS
Click Save to commit your changes and close the window
