There are several options to find an existing chat profile. Use the filter options for easily find what you are looking for.
Search and filter the chat profile screen
1. Click Settings
2. Select Chat Profiles
Type into the Search box to locate a chat profile
Select the Profile Type filter funnel icon to filter by profile type
Select the Active filter funnel icon and select Inactive to show inactive chat profiles
