Easily duplicate existing chat profiles to save time when creating chat profiles for new requirements.
Clone a chat profile
1. Click Settings and select Chat Profiles.
2. Click Clone next to the required chat profile.
3. Enter a new chat profile name.
4. Set the required default values.
5. Click Save.
6. Select the Inactive filter option by clicking on the funnel icon in the Active column
7. Scroll to the bottom of the list to locate the cloned template to start making changes by clicking on the Edit Chat Flow button.
📌Note: Cloned chat profiles are inactive by default and must be deployed before use. See the Enable and Deploy a Chat Profile guide
