Enable and deploy a chat profile so it can be used by candidates. This module explains how to enable and deploy a chat profile.

Deploy changes and activate your chat profiles at any time, even if the chat profiles are already being used on active jobs or campaigns

Enable and deploy a chat profiles

1. Click Settings.
​2. Select Chat Profiles.

3. Click Edit Chat Flow on the required chat profile.
​4. Make any required changes.
​5. Click Save.

6. Click Test this bot. Once tested, close the chat window

7. Click DEPLOY.

πŸ“ŒNote: If this is a newly created chat template you will need to make it Active before it can be used.


Activating a chat profile

​1. Click Settings.
​2. Select Chat Profiles.

3. Select the Active filter funnel icon and select Inactive to show inactive chat profiles.

4. Set the switch to Yes to activate the chat profile
