Create a Reconnect campaign in smartAI to automatically invite candidates to re-engage via the smartAI Reconnect module.
Create a new Reconnect campaign
Log in to Smart AI.
Click Reconnect in the left-hand menu.
Click Add Campaign.
Enter the campaign details:
Campaign name
Reconnect chat profile
Invite time
Reminder time
Time zone
Select the days of the week for sending invites and reminders.
Enter the reminder settings:
Reminder interval in days - recommended value 2
Number of reminders - recommended value 2
Enter notification email address(es):
Add one or more email addresses to be notified when candidates complete the chat and indicate interest
Click Save to create the campaign card.
Add Auto-Invite criteria
Click the Settings icon on the campaign card
Click Options then Configure Auto Invites
Decide how candidates will be invited:
Talent Pool, or
Advanced Search
Talent Pool setup
Select a source talent pool from where candidates will be invited.
Select the outcome talent pools where candidates will be moved to at the end of the process:
Interested
Not Interested
Advanced Search - Preferred Method
Set candidate criteria:
Candidate status - recommended value Active
Last Activity and Last Updated Date - recommended value Before six months
Optional Criteria:
Industry and sub-industry
Functional and sub-functional expertise
Candidate created date
Other advanced search options
Click Run Query to preview matching candidates.
Click Save for Compaign
Activating the campaign
1. Turn On the Auto-Reconnect switch at the top of the screen.
2. Click Save for Campaign.
3. Click Save to exit the campaign screen.
After the campaign is activated
📌Note: At the scheduled invite time, smartAI sends the first batch of invites. Each campaign sends up to 100 invites per day. Your Reconnect campaign is now active and ready to engage candidates.
