Navigate the Homepage

Learn how to find your way around the smartAI homepage, understand your dashboard analytics, and access key modules from the navigation menu.

The smartAI homepage is your central hub for everything happening across your recruitment workflow. From here you can see your bot's activity at a glance, jump into any module, and quickly access the settings you need to keep things running smoothly.

  • This article walks you through every section of the homepage so you always know where to go.


Understand the Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar runs across the top of every page in smartAI.

  • On the left, the menu icon (three horizontal lines) collapses or expands the left-hand navigation menu, giving you more screen space when you need it.

  • In the centre, the page title updates to show which section you are currently in.

  • On the right, the Settings icon (cog) gives you quick access to your account-level settings. Click the Settings icon, then select from:

    • Users β€” manage the users in your smartAI account.

    • Chat Profiles β€” view and manage your bot's conversation profiles.

    • Settings β€” access your full Account Settings, including email setup, integrations, and billing.

Read Your Dashboard Analytics

At the top of the Dashboard, the Analytics panel gives you a live snapshot of your bot's activity. Each tile shows a key metric:

What It Shows

Hours Worked

The number of hours your bot has been actively working on your behalf.

Users

The number of users currently active in your smartAI account.

Conversations

The total number of candidate conversations the bot has handled.

Interviews Booked

The number of interviews the bot has successfully booked with candidates.

Placements Filled

The number of placements recorded as filled.

View Recent Activity

Below the Analytics panel, the Dashboard shows you two real-time activity tables so you can keep track of what is happening right now.

Last Few Reconnect

This table shows the most recent candidates who have been contacted through your Reconnect campaigns. It displays:

  • Name β€” the candidate's name.

  • Mobile β€” the candidate's mobile number.

  • Chat Date β€” the date and time the reconnect message was sent.

  • Campaign β€” the name of the Reconnect campaign the candidate was included in.

Last Few Screening

This table shows the most recent candidates who have gone through a screening conversation with your bot. It displays:

  • Name β€” the candidate's name.

  • Profile β€” the screening profile used for that candidate.

  • Chat Date β€” the date and time the screening conversation took place.

  • Outcome β€” the result of the screening, such as Shortlisted or Rejected.

Today's Interviews

Below the activity tables, the Today's Interview panel shows all interviews booked for today. It displays the candidate's name, the profile used, the chat date, and the interview booking details.

πŸ€“ Tip: Check the Dashboard each morning to review overnight bot activity, follow up on shortlisted candidates, and confirm today's interview bookings before your day begins.


Use the Left-Hand Navigation Menu

The left-hand navigation menu gives you access to all of smartAI's core modules. Each item is available from every page in the system.

Access detailed reports on bot activity, candidate outcomes, and campaign performance.

Cookie

Manage cookie consent settings for your bot.

smartAI

Located at the bottom of the menu β€” click to access smartAI platform information.
