How to post a job to smartAI so candidates in the Applications chevon, with no sub-status set, will be invited to chat.
Posting a job from Vincere to smartAI
Open the required job in Vincere, and select the Integrations tab.
Click the plus (+) symbol on the smartAI card and review the details.
Ensure the job title in the Position field is correct and candidate-friendly.
Select the screening profile from the drop-down list.
Review the remaining job details. Leave the default settings unless changes are required.
Review the expiry date. Confirm it allows enough time to screen all candidates.
Click Save.

📌Note: The job is posted to Smart AI. Chat invites are sent on the hour, every hour where candidates have a blank Application Sub-Status for this job.
