Connect An Email Account

Connect your mail account to Smart AI so the system can send emails on your behalf. This module explains how to connect a Microsoft mail account in Smart AI

It is recommended to create and connect an email account specifically for your chatbot to use. This builds an identity for your chatbot and ensures brand recognition with your candidates.

Connect your mail account

  1. Click Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to the Settings page.

  3. Click Email Setup in the top-right corner.

  4. Click Sign in with Microsoft.

  5. Enter your mail account details:

    • Email Address

    • Password

  6. Follow the prompts to configure the Authenticator app

  7. Finish the sign-in process.
